This New Jersey state-licensed preschool has been successfully providing childcare to the community for over 40 years. As a childcare center, we offer an environment that inspires students to develop their cognitive skills and fosters positive interpersonal relationships. Our center is dedicated to creating a creative and hands-on learning experience for students ranging from 6 weeks to 13 years old. -- Fully licensed and insured, we are equipped to serve up to 60 students at capacity. Conveniently located in the heart of Kendall Park, NJ, our school is situated on a quiet street in South Brunswick Township, Middlesex County. We proudly serve the communities of Kendall Park, Dayton, Monmouth Junction, Kingston, North Brunswick, Princeton, Franklin Park, and Somerset, and are recognized as a multicultural day care center. -- Our facility offers easy access to major routes such as the Parkway, Route 27, and Route 1. The center is located in a moderate suburban town, occupying a well-maintained 3,200 sq. ft. building with five classrooms, each equipped with its own outdoor exit and security cameras. The school also features an office, entry hall, small kitchen, hallway bathrooms, and a fenced-in outdoor playground. There is ample parking available for staff and convenient drop-off/pick-up. The facility includes tile floors, fixtures, equipment, and furniture. -- Our operating hours are Monday through Friday, from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM. We currently operate under a rolling lease, which we plan to secure for a set number of years with the landlord. The license will be transferred to the new owner. They will have to get their fingerprints done and anything else the state requires. Currently 20 students and 5 teachers. Lease renewal options through October 31, 2031.
